On March 18th, more than 120 students and teachers from the School of Light Industry Science and Engineering of Sichuan University visited Texel to carry out the activity of “Light Visit”.
After coming to the company, the students visited the administrative area, R&D center, testing center and technology application center to learn more about the working environment, process and leather industry chain.
After the visit, the company invited the students to participate in a sharing session with the theme of “Talking about leather dream, entering DECISION “.
At the meeting, the general manager of the company Ding Xuedong shared that “the university is facing the transition from the examination room to the workplace, the four years of university should not only be in-depth and solid learning professional knowledge, but also for their future career planning to do a good job of thinking and preparation – both to look up to the stars, but also rooted in the grassroots. ”
Feng Guotao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the College, also made a speech, first of all, he expressed his gratitude for the strong support provided by DECISION for the College’s visit, and talked about how the activity deepened the students’ understanding of the industry and provided them with clearer concepts and ideas for their future career development planning.
At the meeting, the company colleagues also shared the road of DECISION service exploration, thinking in leather R&D & leather application, as well as the advice on career choice direction as alumni seniors.
