Of course, although the softness is very good, when judged manually, the crust feels a little less full than the lecithin fatliquor product.
So we also tried to solve this problem and made a good solution.
We have randomly selected a classic traditional sofa leather recipe which uses 18% fatliquor, of which over 60% is lecithin fatliquor.
Using a wet-blue of US cow, to divide, half of the original recipe was used; half of the original recipe was adapted to the fatliquor recipe as follows.
2% DESOPON SK70*
4% DESOPON DPF*
12%DESOPON USF
The exact same dry and milling was then used. The final blind test was scored by five technicians in four performance areas and then averaged, with the following results:
Compared to the conventional recipe, the DESOPON USF with polymer fatliquor is very similar in terms of softness and sponge, but has significant advantages in terms of fullness and colour vibrancy.
We believe that such a direction of performance and process ideas for fatliquor can be of little help and inspiration to our customers producing soft leathers.
We don't go for the perfect, but we try to make the best. This is the original intention that Decision has always maintained in its research and development and technology application exploration
As a responsible enterprise we will carry this as our obligation and work persistently and indomitably towards the final goal.
